Mr. Nicoletti's real estate practice experience includes representation of real estate funds, lenders, developers and institutional and non-institutional investors in all areas of real estate, including: construction, permanent, securitized, mezzanine and cross-border financing; all aspects of commercial development, including acquisition and disposition of vacant land, office buildings, apartment buildings, hotels, shopping centers, and other commercial and residential properties; forming and representing corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships and joint ventures; commercial leasing, ground leasing and leasehold financing; contractor, broker and management agreements; and providing real estate support for commercial finance transactions, corporate transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to forming Mark Nicoletti, PLLC, Mr. Nicoletti practiced in the Los Angeles office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where he was a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Nicoletti received his law degree in 1999, graduating second in his class with High Honors, from the University of Florida College of Law. While in law school, he was a member and business editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Nicoletti received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in Computer Information Systems from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 1994. Mr. Nicoletti is licensed to practice law in the State of California, the State of Nevada and the State of Florida, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Nevada and the Florida Bar. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of Florida.
